BRIGHT KNITS. The past trend of colour blocking is still consequential on the high street, especially at H&M where colossal knits and fitted sweaters are equally celebrated in store. Colour blocking has returned in the form of winter favourite, a cosy jumper. Mustard, oranges and dark greens are the most suitable and stylish colours for this autumn. Wear with skinny jeans (either plain denim or in a bright clashing colour) and chunky boots for laid back cool.

FLAWLESS. Is the word that describes this jumper. It is the perfect meeting point between over sized and fitted. The cable knits from last winter are still present so if you made an investment buy (like the £80  cashmere cable knit from Jack Wills which I bought) then it will certainly not go to waste

CATWALK FAVE.

PAUL SMITH. The main looks that were channelled in Paul Smith's autumn collection were androgyny, leather and bright tops. Here you can see the clash between manish styles and bright tops. This orange colour was popular in the summer and now its back again for autumn/winter knits.

ANOTHER FACE HUNTER FAVE. I think Face Hunter is one of the best style inspiration blogs because it features such a range of looks and personalities. Each person is unique and their style is unique too.

CELEB FAVE.  





CLAUDIA SCHIFFER. I love love love this jumper. This was my favourite colour of the summer but it looks pretty good in the winter too. Roll necks are also surprisingly coming back into fashion however, they are very controversial in the fashion world. Image from Zimbio.
