what i wore- 14/8/11

Top,. Skirt, M&S. Flip flops, Hollister.

OUT ON THE TOWN. Today we went to look around the town. Our hotel is right on the strip and there are lots of exciting places to shop. They even have a McDonald's and a Costa. I liked to look round the authentic Cypriot shops and restaurants but I could not resist a nice drink from Costa. I bought some presents for my friends. I have not given them to them yet so I can't say what I got in case they look and I want them to be a surprise.

I took inspiration for this look from the all white summer trend, in which white is worn from head to toe. You cannot see in this photo but the back of the top has a pretty frilly bit and it looks like it's sort of blending into the skirt.

You might notice that the view is different in the background of these pictures. This is because we got our rooms upgraded to a suite so we now have a full sea view. I think these pictures really capture that view.

Dress, New Look.

MY DRESS. I think this dress is possibly the most flattering thing that I own. It's like it was made for me. The blue brings out the colour in my eyes and the frills accentuate my waist. I love the neckline too. I bought it last summer after trying it on in the shop twice at two different times!
